Perfect location to explore the city, easy to reach from the airport by local bus
Noise on the street side can be disturbing.
The staff are courteous, very helpful and speak excellent English. The breakfast was superb and really set you up for the day.
Excellent location, hotel also had character and was clean.
No lift - not a problem for me, but this wasn't mentioned in the information.
Location. Room and bathroom were quite small, but enough for me. Basic breakfast fairly ok, some cereals, bread with ham and cheese, sausages... Very small shop accross the street, open till 9 or 10pm, where you get something to drink and some fruits or bread.
No aircon in the room. No safety box. No lift, but few steps doesnt do a harm, unless traveling with a lot of luggages.
The location of the hotel is really great if you want to visit the old town, university, ... The hotel itself is nice.
Music from the club next door can be anoying if sleeping on the wrong side of the building.
Very good position, exactly between the Old Town and the nightlife district. Good breakfast and confortable roooms. Free internet for all. Mind...there's no elevator
Was close to all the historical sites, places to shop nearby, right in the old town, not to far from airport, nice places to have dinner close to the hotel
No elavator had to use the stairs which was kind of difficult with luggage
Location is excellent.
The price is somewhat high - it is just a regular hotel, nothing special.
comfort of bed, the availability of free hot and cold drinking water (machine), location, quiet, water pressure
Reception staff spoke some English and were helpful, by no means the case in most places I visited during recent trip to Poland. Location was good in that is was only a short walk to the Old Town.
Room smelled slightly stale and musty. Bathroom also had less than fresh smell. If I had been carrying heavy luggage the absence of a lift would have been a negative.
comfort, good service, attemntion to people
Hotel is located in the center
Service staff in the morning was unfriendly, no elevator, water in the shower was not hot in the evening, room could be little bit refreshed
I only liked the location of the hotel
I paid too much money for the service offered. The staff was pretty unpleasant especially the waitress in the morning! They stare at you like if you are stealing the food...At 9 am workers were working, in the hotel, making big noises few meters from my door. The room was full of dust and the carpet was dull for the dirtiness! It seemed to be in England during the late '80s....
The hotel is located in the very center of Warsaw but you can enjoy silence in the night. I was very warmely welcomed and assiseted during my stay. There is free wifi in the room and free local newspapers on the corridor. My room was big and nicely furnished. The bathroom was very clean. For me it was an excellent value for money because at that time for the same money I could only get Premire Class. The standard at Harenda is much higher.
keep in mind that: (1) the entrance is not from Krakowskie Przedmiescie but from Obozna street, (2) there is no lift, (3) my bed was enough for me (I have 160cm) but for much taller poeople it could be too short + it had big wheels which make it moving a bit (4) if you have no hairdryer in your room just call the reception and they bring
The staff seemed friendly and spoke English. If they did not understand a word I spoke - they looked it up. Always willing to help. The bar attached to the building, (Klub Harenda) is not associated with the hotel. Also, this hotel has businesses in the first few floors.
No elevators and lots of steps.
